The United Steel Industries LLC is currently in the process of acquiring UKCares and DCL certification for B500B BS4449.
The Company has already received Registration Letter for ISO Certification QHSE Policy of United Steel Industries LLC
USI LLC provides customers with the highest quality of reinforced tensile steel and on-time delivery of quality steel products that conforms to the requirements and needs of our customers.
We will strive to achieve it through a structured Integrated Management system complying with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards requirements by continually improving our system and process.

We ensure the availability of resources for continuous improvement and communicating across the organization to align with the business requirements.

USI LLC management will:

  • Implement, maintain and continually improve an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards throughout the organization and to all its construction sites.
  • Develop and continually improve the competence and qualifications of our employees, including the overall IMS performance according to business needs and goals.
  • Implement a fact based monitoring of business risks, objectives including products and service quality, environmental protection, health, safety and legal compliance.
  • Provide safe workplaces enabling the organization to prevent environmental pollution, including injuries and ill-health.
  • Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, international standards, codes related to environment, health & safety and other identified best practices in balance with our economic resources
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System through client feedbacks, Risks management, internal audits, trainings, data analysis etc., and reviewing the established IMS System at regular intervals. USI management ensures that QHSE policy is communicated to all personnel within the organization and to interested parties. It is reviewed and audited for its suitability at periodic intervals. This policy is the basis for establishing and reviewing objectives and targets.

Dubai Centre Laboratory product certification represents the following.

To provide product conformity assessment, and perform tests, studies, and standards development and measurement control, relying on our expertise and accredited laboratories consumer protection and achieving customer satisfaction.

Product certification:
  • DCL Certification Body operates in accordance with internationally accepted criteria and requirements (ISO 17065) and is accredited by Dubai Accreditation Center (DAC)
DCL Conformity mark is under the rules of the DCL factory assessment certification system, the mark is applied on the product indicate the conformity with the product standard specifications or the applicable regulations.
Certification provides confidence to consumers, regulators, industry and other interested parties that products conform to specified requirements Regulator.
